M & J Wilkow is pleased to announce the following promotions and departmental changes.
Shawn Quigley has been promoted to Senior Vice President - Corporate Finance where he will oversee all corporate financial and accounting matters for M & J Wilkow. Shawn has been with M & J for 25 years, most recently as Vice President of Accounting where he oversaw all property accounting efforts. Shawn's strategic acumen and robust knowledge of M & J Wilkow's business operations make him the ideal leader for this role. Shawn will report directly to M & J Principals Marc, Gregg and Jordan Wilkow.
John Maher has been promoted to Vice President of Property Accounting, where he will oversee all accounting matters for M & J Wilkow's national portfolio of retail, office and industrial assets. John has been with the Company for 10 years and has held roles of increasing responsibility during his tenure, including Controller and Accounting Manager.
In tandem with these promotions, as the Company works to deliver the highest level of service to the portfolio assets, the property accounting group will become part of the property management department. Accounting, bookkeeping and lease administration will join property management under the leadership of Darcy Rutzen, Senior Vice President - Property Management. Darcy has been with M & J Wilkow for 10 years and has been instrumental in driving M & J Wilkow's growth strategy and best practices as a leading national property management firm.
