The 600 Battery Street office building was refinanced on May 2nd with a long-term, fixed rate mortgage loan from American General Life Insurance Company. Located in the North Financial District of San Francisco, the Property is a three-story 112,208 square foot office building that was developed in 1927 and completely renovated in 1999. The Interpublic Group of Companies, Inc. occupies 100% of the building on a long-term lease.

Walnut Creek Shopping Center, Walnut Creek
M&J Wilkow and the Royal Bank of Scotland recently closed a new long-term, fixed rate mortgage loan that was used to refinance the existing debt on the Property located in Walnut Creek, CA. Walnut Creek is considered to be one of the more desirable and affluent suburban communities in San Francisco’s “East Bay” region. The Shopping Center consists of a 52,797 square foot street-level retail center, anchored by a 23,000 square foot OfficeMax store. The adjacent156,000 square foot, three-level storage facility was sold to Public Storage Inc. in February 2011. In other news, OfficeMax, recently exercised its five-year lease extension option, affirming its long-term commitment to the Property.
