M & J Wilkow announced today that it has been awarded the management assignment of Streets of Cranberry, a 107,499 square foot market-leading lifestyle retail center located in Cranberry Township, Pennsylvania, 20 miles north of Pittsburgh.

Streets of Cranberry was recently acquired by the Davis Companies, a Boston-based commercial real estate development and investment firm. The outdoor shopping center features an outstanding lineup of retail tenants and restaurants including Old Navy, Talbots, First Watch, Houlihan’s and Alera Salon & Spa. Prominently located on the major north-south thoroughfare Route 19, Streets of Cranberry benefits from traffic of 38,000+ vehicles per day.
