M & J Wilkow announced today that it has completed the acquisition of Keystone at the Crossing in Indianapolis, Indiana, as part of a joint venture with a fund managed by DRA Advisors LLC.
Keystone at the Crossing is a 1,054,866 sq. ft. office campus located within Indianapolis’ only suburban mixed-use district including retail, office, residential, hospitality and dining options. The office campus features recently upgraded lobbies, new tenant lounges, conference centers, a fitness facility, electric car charging stations, and two attached parking garages.

This is M & J Wilkow’s eighth acquisition with DRA Advisors. Other holdings include office towers 11 and 20 Stanwix Street in Pittsburgh, Cherry Creek Corporate Center in Denver, Colorado, One East Erie in Chicago, Illinois and the recently acquired Meridian Plaza and Lake Pointe Center office buildings in suburban Indianapolis.
