On September 1, 2009 Buffalo Wild Wings Grill & Bar opened a newly developed 6,200 square foot stand alone restaurant on an out parcel located within the Wood Village Town Center; a multi-use retail property located in Portland, Oregon’s eastern suburbs. The Wood Village Town Center is a dominant regional shopping center anchored by Kohl’s Department Store; a Lowe’s Home Improvement Center and a Fred Meyer Super Store. Buffalo Wild Wings was founded in 1981 and has become one of the top ten fastest growing restaurant chains in the country and has grown into a full service restaurant and sports bar with over 575 locations in 40 states. Since opening, Buffalo Wild Wings has helped drive both excitement and traffic to the Wood Village Town Center.
Wood Village Town Center consists of a 149,268 square foot community shopping center which is anchored by Kohl’s Department Store and adjacent to a Fred Meyer Super Store and a Lowe’s Home Improvement Center.
In addition, the property contains five undeveloped out parcels and five fully constructed out parcels which include a stand alone Starbucks Coffeehouse; a Carl’s Jr. Drive-In BBQ; an El Pollo Loco fast food outlet; a Buffalo Wild Wings Grill & Bar and a Goodyear Tire & Auto Center.
